The Aviation English Unit is a specialized team within the Department of Foreign Languages, dedicated to teaching Aviation English and specialist communication in the aviation environment. The Unit’s primary goal is to develop and coordinate language courses, ensure curriculum consistency, standardize requirements, and continuously improve teaching materials and methods.
The Unit’s activities include both teaching and research in the fields of Aviation English, specialist communication, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) methodology. Research outcomes are applied to enhance course programs, support scientific publications, and foster collaboration with national and international partners.
The Unit also serves as a platform for organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences, supporting the development of linguistic and professional competencies for students and staff.
